- Gain the LCAE title

- Updating water-health installation in toilet and bathroom

- Bring closer district`s inhabitants an ecological value of ponds and amphibians role in park and garden ecosystem

 

Project implementation and results:

Actions start from identifying students and local community needs. Arise a idea for updating water-health installation in toilet and bathroom at school in aim of husband water. Decide to comprise a care about nursing two ponds on park terrain. Together with Rada Wspólnoty Samorządowej organize meetings, which aim are informing people and local community about participate school in projects and it targets. The effect of those meetings are win over partners which want to support school in this undertaking.

Arrange meeting with people who have allotment and carry out a lecture called "The best friends of our ponds", during they become convinced, that amphibians play big and useful part in our gardens, orchards and fields. Publish leaflets about amphibians meaning in ecosystem.  Create a safe conditions during amphibians reproductive period. Main care mount a guard frogs. Seek that ponds around fulfill decorative, didactic and touristic function.

Within the framework of project accomplish disassembly a cast iron water-health installation. Remove 8 basin toilets. Remove old, uneconomical toilet cistern and faucets and water valve. Exchange drain and ventilation blain. In bathroom assemble 4 wash basins, remove old plates, exchange water installation. Take apart 6 partitions and lintels. Break old plasters. Try to change children`s and adults awareness concern economical using water in every day`s life. Carry out talks entitled "Dependence alive organisms on water", experiment - water property, water density. Carry out school newspaper about meaning amphibians in human`s economy. Remind that all amphibians species are full in protect. Try that ponds become mainstay for amphibians cause arrange meeting for people who have allotment in aim of realize them meaning of frogs in their gardens and orchards.

School partners declare interesting in problems connected with water and wish of co-operation with school through together meetings, lectures, excursions, cleaning works and environmental fete for district`s inhabitants. Together with councilor Rusinow district refer co-operation with editorial staff of Nowe Wiadmości Wałbrzyskie and informing updated city inhabitants about school actions. Meet with representatives fishing circle who bring closer flora and fauna in  ponds biocenosis  and say about need of taking care  about clean reservoir. During the trip to wastewater treatment facility in Golińsk and to the works water conditioning in Marciszów through the Wałbrzych`s factory waterworks and sewerage students acquaint with secondary water treatment process.
